Catching up and Moving On
I have been avoiding posting because my website people felt that the direction that my blog had taken was not a good one for my business, and so I waited until they took the link down for the blog from the regular home page. Not exactly a confidence booster, but oh well. It is rather disconcerting to know that customers know what I weigh. The last 6 weeks have been pretty good. I am down to 198.5 as of this morning. I am walking/running on the treadmill and doing some Firm Videos. I try to get in 3-4 Videos with 25 minutes on the treadmill afterwards and one or 2 long days on the treadmill (60 minutes or so). I am not following a diet. I just can't. But I have been eating well... Healthy, whatever.. eating with the thought of losing weight, but not denying myself any food category either. The kids are back in school. They are doing well. My oldest has football and that is fun to watch. Let me know if you are reading, I would love to have some comments.
